Although it is nice to spend quality time with the family, we feel the urge that from time to time (preferably more than less, lol), everyone just needs some me-time. Luckily Nashville offers many ways to de-stress and treat yourself as a parent with kids around.

 

Besides the growing fashion scene you can stroll around the different neighborhoods and shop in one of the countless reccord stores, unique home goods boutiques, leather boots outlets or candy shops.

 

Check out where we prefer to get the beard and eye brows trimmed, where we relax and stretch in yoga poses and which shops we like to browse for knick knacks, furniture and produces.
